What to Include in Your Notice

4. Your contact information, including a working email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, under penalty of perjury where applicable.

After We Receive a Notice

Once we receive a sufficiently detailed complaint, we may review the material, request clarification, remove or restrict the referenced content, or take other appropriate action based on the information available to us.
